London parks and green spaces innovating in the face of funding cuts
The Good Parks for London report, launched by Parks for London on 28th February 2018, shows that despite funding cuts, London Boroughs are working hard to protect and enhance London’s parks and green spaces.
For the first time, the report has drawn together a series of criteria to evaluate how well London Boroughs continue to protect and invest in their parks and green spaces. The report aims to become an effective tool for improving good practice, raising quality standards and encouraging collaboration among London Boroughs.
Parks for London, the charity that is committed to safeguarding London’s parks and green spaces has taken the initiative to compile this report as funding pressures on Local Authorities continue across London…….Please see below for the full press release:
